Experienced Lawyers Serving the Bankruptcy Needs of Minneapolis, St. Paul and the State of Minnesota Since 1951

Early in his career, attorney Jack Prescott earned part of his income by collecting debts for businesses. But even as a debt collector, Jack believed it was right to treat people with dignity and respect. Soon, some of the people who had experienced this strange phenomenon of not being threatened or treated like dirt by a debt collector began to call on Jack for help with bankruptcy. The rest, as they say, is history.

In 1975, Jack made the decision to focus his practice solely on bankruptcy. He was joined in practice by Richard Pearson in 1983. And in time, the name of the firm changed to what it is now: Prescott & Pearson, P.A.
